Announcing the Formation of Conch Media & Holdings, LLC

There are some milestones that happen quietly behind the scenes… and then there are the ones that mark the beginning of something much bigger.

Today, I’m incredibly excited to officially announce the formation of Conch Media & Holdings, LLC.

This has been a long time coming.

For years, I’ve been building — performing live music, developing creative projects, collaborating with brands, exploring new media, refining business systems, and laying bricks one by one. Conch Media & Holdings represents the next evolution of that journey. It’s the formal structure behind the vision. The foundation for everything that comes next.

Why Conch Media?

Conch Media & Holdings was formed to serve as a parent company for my creative and business ventures — a unified home for music, media, partnerships, and future growth.

At its core, Conch Media exists to do three things:

  1. Create meaningful, high-quality art and entertainment.
    Whether through live music performance, recorded content, or digital platforms, the goal is to deliver experiences that feel authentic, elevated, and memorable.

  2. Provide professional, reliable creative services to venues and partners.
    From booking and curating musicians to ensuring high standards of production and presentation, we aim to make entertainment seamless and strategic for the businesses we work with.

  3. Build long-term intellectual property and brand equity.
    This company is about ownership. Ownership of content, creative assets, ideas, and infrastructure. It’s about thinking beyond one gig or one project and building something durable.

What We Hope to Accomplish

Conch Media & Holdings is structured for longevity. The vision is not short-term hustle — it’s sustainable growth.

In the near term, we will focus on:

  • Expanding live music performance and curated entertainment services

  • Developing strategic partnerships with restaurants, wineries, hotels, retailers, and event spaces

  • Growing digital platforms including YouTube and social media

  • Creating branded merchandise and creative products aligned with our aesthetic and audience

In the long term, the goal is even bigger.

We aim to:

  • Develop a respected, recognizable creative brand

  • Operate as a trusted booking and programming partner for premium venues

  • Build recurring revenue streams across media, performance, and intellectual property

  • Create opportunities to employ and collaborate with other talented creatives

  • Establish a scalable business model that can expand across state lines and markets

This company is designed to grow. Thoughtfully. Intentionally. Strategically.

A Long Time Coming

If you’ve followed my journey — whether through music, business, or both — you know this didn’t happen overnight.

There were countless late nights. Drafting plans. Studying structures. Refining strategy. Asking hard questions about what this could become and how to build it the right way.

Conch Media & Holdings is the result of that work.

It represents belief — in the value of creativity, in disciplined execution, and in building something that lasts.

Looking Ahead

What excites me most isn’t just that the paperwork is filed.

It’s the future.

The collaborations we haven’t formed yet.
The rooms we haven’t played yet.
The partnerships we haven’t built yet.
The ideas that haven’t been launched yet.

Conch Media & Holdings is a platform. A vehicle. A structure designed to support growth at scale while protecting creative integrity.

This is the beginning of a new chapter — one rooted in ownership, professionalism, and ambition.
